NOTE: This is a review of the restaurant, not the hotel -- Great dinner with amazing views of vineyards that are thousands of years old, drinking the wins it produce (not as good as the views), and then extraordinary Greek food with the usual quality and quantity of wonderful ingredients. If you can, make the point of going there.

Atop a hill with a view over Veria sits this lovely vineyard estate, which offers lovely rooms and a wonderful terrace for dinner and drinks. Your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

This place is truly a little gem: the traditional building painted with light colours on the hill above the vineyard, the amazing view of the river Aliakmonas, the town of Veroia and the valley, the interior decorated a l'antique, the spacious rooms with the unlimited view.

The place is ideal for a visit at the archaeological site of Vergina as well as a walk around the town of Veroia. Both sites are at a five minutes ride by car from the estate.

During summer time, the estate has a special terrace with the view already mentioned that is run as a restaurant- café. Special events are organised there as well.

Our stay was a pleasure. We shall visit it again ! Don't omit to taste the wine of the vineyard. It was unique.
