The situation is excellent. Very close to a small bay and within easy walking distance to the footpaths in the Esterel reserve. The address is shown as Agay, but the hotel is actually at the east end of Antheor on the coast road.

The rooms my friend and I stayed in were at the rear of the hotel, without the sea view (we had not booked in advance). The standard was typically good basic Logis 2 chiminees - tidy, clean, sufficient space, efficient shower.

The kitchen is quite classy for a small costal holiday hotel. We were on the demi-pension deal and were well satisfied.

Staff were friendly and a 10 year old young lady (referred to by the patron as "my secretary", set us up with WIFI facilities. The WIFI though is intermittent - it was probably off more than it was on!

A good spot for a 3 nights stay.

What a find this was. It would be difficult to find such a charming place anywhere else overlooking the Med at a price anything like this. Situated above the road and just across from a small sandy beach the only downside to this is the proximity of the railway viaduct next to it but you soon get used to it.
Our room was in the courtyard at the back and while not having a view it had its own patio garden and was very nicely furnished. There was an extra single bed in the room should we have needed it.
The hotel is renowned for its food and didn't disappoint, the set menu being very good value...and a table overlooking the sea and the sunset made for a memorable meal.
There's really little to find fault with....friendly staff....excellent service....just a delight!

Room Tip: Some rooms have sea views, but may be smaller than those at the back

We spent 3 nights in this hotel.
The room was on the small side (but we had booked the cheapest room, maybe the others are larger, we had 15, I think) but it has a nice and big terrace with an amazing view!!!
We didn't try the restaurant in the evenings but for breakfast, the food is simply amazing! lot's of home-made and delicious things: bread, cake, jams, eggs...
And the people were also really nice...

We stayed there overnight only and were really disappointed by low quality of room facilities and by service in restaurant.
Hotel is located on opposite to sea side of the road near to small sandy beach with nice romantic view from restaurant. But all these expressions were fully destroyed by room conditions.
Room had not fresh smell and toilet equipment required maintenance. As well A/C was really noisy. Room looked as not properly cleaned after previous guests...
Hotel has Michelin starred restaurant and we tried to enjoy by dinner but... everything was finished when my wife found someone's hairs in Main Course which was not cheap.

Room Tip: We had bad experience with this hotel

This hotel and the cove at Antheor were a delight from start to finish. We visited at the end August and this was perfect for weather, and the fact that things were a little less busy. Our room was individually decorated and comfortable with wonderful view over the beach. The star of the show here though is definitely the hotel restaurant, amazing food served up by great staff and testament to the quality was the number of 'a la carte 'diners not residents. Great for trips to St Tropez, Cannes, and St Raphael. If you like a place to read, rest and recuperate this is for you.
