+ Hotel is nice and staff helpful. Restaurant is great with a excellent wine list.
- the free internet is useless and the breakfast is not worth the money. (Especially for a celiac)

I would return but skip breakfast next time.

We had a terrific time at this restaurant because the Chablis on the wine list is superb and reasonable (Raveneau Les Clos for 108Euro) and the cheese cart is exceptional (see photo). I had a delicious, light pike in Chablis sauce (photo 2) and my wife had a slightly heavier sea bass (photo 3).

For dessert, I had the Grand Marnier soufflé which wasn’t worth the wait.

We really enjoyed this hotel. A terrific four course set dinner, attentive sommelier, great breakfasts and very friendly staff. Rooms are fine for the price and everything worked very well. Would thoroughly recommend.

This hotel is situated in an old house in the inner-city area of this small town. Just a few blocks from the hotel is the Noel towers a very nice part of the city. Our room was rather small, but not to small and beautifully decorated. The bed was large enough though it was as hard as usually in the continental Europa. The bathroom was good enough and had a shower which I always prefer to a bathtub. The view from our room was nice with a lot of trees. The breakfast was quite good for a relatively small hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. So if you want to spend a night in the small and cosy town of Chablis.

When you book a 4* star you don’t expect 5 star but at least 3 star. Room total disaster and should have renovated 10 years ago. 175 euro per night excluding breakfast total rip off. Understand that there is better rooms but we were not given that - due to booking.com? The positive is the elegant and very good restaurant which I will give 5 however room less than 0 so total comes at 1

Room tip: Make sure you get a renovated room
