“Another excellent stay”
Reviewed 4 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We keep coming back again and again!! We have always been over the moon with our stay but it was made extra special as the house has had a make over with the gardens redone and the inside spruced up.

Perfect location Cala murada as it is nice and quiet but only walking distance from Cala mallorca which is a commercialised holiday area .

5 Star again thanks you to John and his team !!

“A great place”
Reviewed 22 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

This was our second visit to Casa Espina - this time for 2weeks.

When we arrived it was clean and tidy and the air con was on - which was great to walk into and on the table was a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and 2 bottles of wine - which was a nice touch.

The pool area was clean and tidy - with beautiful new loungers to soak up the sun.

We had a hitch with the hot tub, but this was soon rectified, though I must say we didn't really use it. We also had a slight problem with the water supply one day- which was nothing to do with the villa it was the mains - but again this was soon rectified.

The beach and bars and restaurants are within walking distance but a lot of evenings were spent round the villa making use of the bbq.

There are a couple of supermarkets in the village, but we mostly did our shopping at the lidl which was about 15 mins away in the car.

I would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday.

“The best holiday rental to date”
Reviewed 22 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We found this villa on Trip Advisor. I was looking for a large Villa, as I was travelling with both my parents, wife, and three young children.

The minute we opened the front door we were impressed. The villa is extremely spacious, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The ground floor en-suite bedroom was great for my elderly parents, especially my father who has difficulty walking.

Every room had a TV, with its own satellite box, and the beds were very comfortable. The master suite and one of the twin bedrooms also had French doors out onto a large balcony, which was really nice. The kitchen was very well equipped and had absolutely everything you could think of.

The garden was fantastic, with a really nice covered dining area, built in BBQ, plenty of room for sunbeds, a large private pool and a really impressive hot tub. The garden is completely enclosed with a lockable side gate, which was great for us, having young children.

Cala Murada is a lovely resort, not too commercialised, but large enough to have a choice of 6 or so restaurants, a bank, tabac, and two supermarkets. The beach was great and only a minutes’ walk from the villa. There was always a lifeguard on duty, and a really nice little bar / café on the edge of the beach, which was very reasonable and sold high quality food and snacks. There was also a small Spar shop between the house and the beach, which was great for getting fresh bread etc.

The villa had WiFi, which was a real bonus, and much faster than in other villas we have stayed in, in the past. There is aircon in every bedroom, and the living area, which was also really good.

We were really impressed with all aspects of the villa, which is very well maintained, and in a really great location. We would definitely recommend the villa, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to review Casa Espina, and sharing your experience with other travellers.

Its great to hear how much you enjoyed your stay, and the all the facilities that the villa has to offer. We try very hard, and spend a lot of money maintaining the villa to a high standard, and its always great when guests recognise this and compliment us.

We hope to welcome you back to stay again sometime in the future, and for now wish you all the best.
