“First Holiday Without Mum”

For many of us it was out first holiday without our parents, we didn't know how we would handle it but camps heath was the perfect accommodation. With its large dinning room and ample leisure rooms we were able to enjoy socialising all throughout the day. The facilities were excellent, dishwasher was constantly running with no hickups, WiFi meant us young wipper snappers could keep up with our "facetubes" and "twitbooks" and the TV was well used. We would definitely revisit camps heath as it is perfectly situated for country and beach holidays, and even comes with your own pet horses! A* accommodation!

“Perfect venue and wonderful accommodation with friendly owner”

This was our second stay at the Barn with my family of 14, ages ranging from 4 to 24, and we all loved it. The space, the well equipped kitchen, the ensuites and the setting; watching some beautiful sunsets. Whilst at the Barn we had a party for my mother in laws' 90th birthday. The party was attended by over 50 people and every party goer loved this barn - I felt like an estate agent as most wanted to look around the three stories. The party was ideal, as all amenities for my mother in law were on one level and only had to take a few steps from the car to sit in the 'throne-type chair' at the head of the kitchen table. She and all members of the family thought it an ideal location for a party and the owner was so accommodating over the party happenings and extra glasses etc. Thoroughly recommended..

I stayed here last weekend with a group of friends and family for our annual weekend away and have to say that the barn is absolutely amazing. It is a fantastic conversion and very homely and comfortable. Once Jan had shown me round the property we were left alone but he was nearby if needed. Everything (and more) that you could possibly wish for was in the barn. The situation was ideal - it was a short walk from the village and about a 15 minute walk to Oulton Broad and a 5 minute drive to Lowestoft. The three dogs loved it too. I would highly recommend this place for any sort of holiday and will most definitely be returning. Thanks Jan.

“Barn and location were to die for.”

This is a relativly isolated location with lots of great walks and wildlife on the doorstep. We watched a Barn Owl hunting most nights from the upper decked area. Foxes and deers were seen playing and drinking in the water feature at the end of the drive. All three generations of my family enjoyed this holiday immensly.

“One word sums up Camps Heath Barn - 'Perfection'”
Reviewed 29 May 2012 for a stay in May 2012

12 of us stayed at Camps Heath Barn for a weekend, & from the moment we walked through the front door we knew we had chosen the best place for our family celebration.

Jan gave us a very warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble.

The property was exceptional, the barn conversion is one of the best we have ever seen with plenty of character & style, so much space although we found ourselves spending alot of time in the wonderful kitchen, everything you could possibly need is there with lots of lovely homely touches. The only problem was our time there came to an end. We will definately be going back, hopefully soon. Thanks Jan.
