Me and my wife stayed 4 days in this lovely hotel in Bürchen, with 2 couples more.
It was reserved by a friend of us that has a chalet here.
So, this hotel was his choice
The view is fantastic with all that green, the chalets and the outstanding valleys and peaks of Switzerland
This is not a luxurious place but a very comfortable and cozy hotel with excellent food , both at breakfast and other meals.
It’s very well managed by a very nice couple and the daughter , always present.
The inner pool is big for the size of the hotel and a good surprise.
The rooms are good enough with a nice balcony
If you look for something different away from the hot spots(Zermatt and the Matterhorn are very close) then this place is a pleasant surprise

This was our second stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, rooms are lovely, cosy and clean. We love the breakfast buffet and also had a very good dinner at the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. Direct access to the slopes from the hotel. So convenient!

This was our fifth visit to this gem of a hotel set in beautiful mountain scenery. The room was comfortable and clean, the food imaginative and delicious, the service, both from staff and the family proprietors, was extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to walk straight out of the hotel, or take a short drive to experience the well-signed walks amongst the mountain scenery and wild flowers is an extra bonus. We also enjoyed the excellent swimming pool. This is an ideal place to experience the quiet beauty and awesome scenery of Switzerland, and yet is accessible by many forms of transport.
