Everything is small. There is a lift (small ^^) and small stairs to reception. Not advisable for big luggage

Kettle is provided. Wifi for me, works excellent but not for my friends. Perhaps there is some setting they need to re-configure.
They allowed us to leave our luggage after checked out. They cleaned our room eventhough we did not ask for it :)

Direction:
You need to find exit c6 then just walk straight until you see ippondo drugs store. if u are unable to find exit c6, go to west gate until you see escalator to ground floor. dont take the escalator. on your left, walk straight until you see Tobu Hope signage. it would take you to exit c6

Room Tip: Opt for ground floor

Centrally located in Ikebukuro. Small hotel. Basic facilities. En-suite. Comfortable beds. Clean. Affordable. Near Ikebukuro JR/Metro station. Fast check-in and check-out. Quiet. Wifi quite good. Value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for street-view room

On the booking site it looked like a simple and clean Hotel, to spend a few days in Tokyo but nothing is so far from reality. The building is old, sloppy and dirty. Paying with a Credit Card you're asked of a 5% "tax" on the bill. Do yourself a gift and Stay away from this !

As with most things, you get what you pay for, this hotel is very well located, only a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro station, however, rooms are very small as are the
bathrooms, it is challenging to say the least to find decent accommodation for £50 per night in Tokyo, so it's probably best to budget upwards from this. This hotel
is particularly bad if you get a room at the basement, as did the friends we were travelling with, all other rooms were booked, so they couldn't be moved. We
got a room on the 4th floor and were only there one night, so did not mind too much. The rooms were clean, which is very important, but if you want any luxuries,
book elsewhere, the rooms resembled a ship cabin.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the top floors

Booked for 2 nights but changed to one. Very basic, absolutely tiny and stairs to get in that are narrow and difficult to get cases up. Tiny little reception which is a hole in the wall with little if any English spoken. Room was in basement, very small and dark, 2 beds squeezed in and a very small bathroom, so small unless your small yourself you will be bashing yourself against things to use it. One bed was comfy, the other rock hard. Quiet enough until the early am when builders opposite commenced work. Not too far from the station and amenities. Cheap and you get what you pay for. Ok if out exploring all day and just need a bed nor the eve!
