Just back from Toyko 2 days, stay from April 3 to 6.
The hotel lobby at 20/F. and below are office.
Pros:
Lobby - New & Modern
Staff - English communication, smile, nice and helpful. I requested high floor and Mount. Fuji view and all satisfied.
Room - Big enough, clean & neat.
Location - 2 mins walk from Southern Terrace Exit, Time Square shopping arcade are very close.
Internet: Cable, not wireless, but stable and fast enough.
Cons:
I cannot found any.....

This must my first choice in Shinjuku area

Room Tip: - If you arrive by Narata Express or JR, go out at Southern Terrace Exit and turn left, just walk 2-3 mins will find it. - Request high floor and Mount. Fuji view, you will find the amzing view.

Wonderful spacious hotel with marvelous views of Tokyo city. Staff was friendly; rooms were clean. I highly recommend getting a corner double room for the beautiful views of the city! Even Mt. Fuji is visible on a clear day! Plus wired internet and wired access is included! The hotel is also conveniently located next to a department store (I believe Takashimaya), Krispy Kreme Donuts, Starbucks, Eddie Bauer and a few other stores. The JR Shinjuku station is also a few footsteps away at the Southern Terrace entrance and the Tokyo metro station is across the street towards the back of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again! Convenient, clean and the views are spectacular!

Room Tip: Corner double rooms have amazing views; I highly recommend booking one in advance!

This hotel is very close to Shinjuku station (not Shibuya area as might be suggested by tripadvisor). The rooms are all above the 20th floor of the building so the views are excellent.

The windows are double glazed, so very quiet despite having the train station running so close. There are lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk and there is a very large department store about 200m away.

The rooms are kept clean and the double bed is large and comfortable. There is free wifi and wired Internet which works at decent speeds.

An excellent hotel in all aspects and a very good base to explore Tokyo

We opted for Shinjuku since NEX could drop off us and we needed to grab the shinkansen the next day.

The hotel was fine, but a bit expensive in general. Relative to other hotels in Shinjuku, it was average price.

The location is good, right outside the new south exit of JR station and Shinjuku is a major artery so you can connect with other lines like Yamanote, Chuo, sobu, etc.

Great hotel in Tokyo; The Location, clean, high floor, view and all this at an afordable price ( to be Tokyo or any other big city/capital). Especially if you are three in the family, since there is only a minor additional charge for the extra full size bed. Professional and helpful staff, when you need it. Location great with the station nearby with trains leading too airport, Kamakura and other places outside Tokyo. Of course close to the subway to take you around Tokyo.
