Tucked away in the basement floor of Nakano Broadway, Daily Chico's super-sized soft serve ice cream cone will challenge anyone to finish it, even the most devoted dessert lover! The "Tokudai Soft Cream" is a tower of eight different ice cream flavours on the one cone for around Y390.

So this review probably is unfair to this mall, which is at the end of a covered walking street filled with shops directly off the Nakano station.
The mall has several floors of shops that specialized in manga, anime, toy figurines, expensive watches etc. So if you are a fan, then you are in heaven.
For me, I actually enjoyed the food stores, market down in the basement.
The shopping street outside is nice too, especially on a rainy day since it is covered.

Nakano Broadway was a really cool place. If you like any type of animation, this place is a must. It's has many floors with different shops offering an array of different products from mangas to action figures and collectable. It takes a little while to get to and take two or three subway transfers most likely. However if you have the tourist subway day passes it'll be cheap to get to.

It's funny how I felt like adding this place into my Must Do Before I Die and quickly ticking it off of my list then adding it back into my Must Do Again Before I Die list!
If you're into superheroes, anime, DC, Marvel, manga, comics, toys, this place can lift you up into a whole new level of everything.
Ahhhhh! I miss that place already!

A shopping mall packed with more anime en manga merchandise than you can fit in your suitcase. Figurines, model kits, animation cels, rare toys and a lot of other things. Like Akihabara, but way easier and with way less porn. A must visit for every anime and manga fan.
