I have travel a lot and have been staying at many properties worldwide, but would like to put it on record that Sheraton Miyako is a class apart in terms of its service and professional hospitality. I am quite impressed with their level of detailing in house keeping, Club Lounge and at the Concierge.
I am currently staying at the property for 7 Days and would always like to come back here.

Room Tip: Take the Club Rooms

This was my second return back to Tokyo. This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the heated toilet. The staff was beyond impeccable. The white glove service was impressive. There's a shuttle to the train station--easy access to all parts of Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again.

just what you'd want. nice room, amazing amenities, great service and good location. enjoyed my stay. seriously amazing amenities tho. and tons of them. we also had a crib for the baby and it looked sturdy and safe

I've been staying at the Sheraton Miyako for over 20 years. I don't think the furnishings or much as changed in that time. It continues to degrade. There was no ironing board in the closet. No robes. When I asked for an iron and board it was some sort of child's ironing set. The health club is a joke. It's clear that the owners don't want to make an investment in this property.

On the bright side, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately there isn't much choice in Starwood hotels in Tokyo so this may be your only choice.

The hotel was average, however had the luxury of being upgraded to a Corner Room, therefore the room was slightly larger. The front desk service was rather lacking, communication in English was slightly difficult. I have to give a special mention to the bellboy, Irisawa, his service was excellent, in all my travels and hotels i have visited, he was the best Bellboy and left the greatest of impressions. Not only was he kind enough to deliver our luggage up to the room, he even took off the luggage covers, hanged them nicely and also thoughtfully put one of the luggage on the stand for easy access.

Room Tip: Please emphasize on non-smoking rooms.
