The hotel is nice, however, the room that I stayed was a bit old, especially the bathroom. The bathtub is a very old style bath tub. The bed is big (king size) and comfy, however, there is no charging port near the bedside!

Since the hotel is located around 5 minutes bus ride away from Meguro station (around 15 - 20 minutes walk from the station), the hotel has provided the shuttle bus every 15 minutes until 10pm.

We travelled to Japan in April/May of this year to visit our son and our last stay over before we left was in Tokyo for 3 days. Although the hotel is not situated downtown, we were able to walk to stores and restaurants not too far away. The hotel staff were terrific as was the Japanese garden. We did have to change rooms as the a/c in the room on the club floor wasn't working properly. The a/c seemed to be an issue in the rooms as the second room wasn't much better.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Miyako hotel. My room was big and the bed and as very comfy. The breakfast at the hotel offered a variety of foods. I used the gym and pool multiple times and they were also nice. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Meguro station which was very useful. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel it you are visiting Tokyo.

For a 6 night stay in Tokyo we decided to stay in this Sheraton hotel. It is a nice property with spacey rooms, nice bath rooms, nice restaurants and a large club lounge. Unfortunately we were first checked in a smoking room, but that could be changed relatively fast. The breakfast is not that special, but it gives you a good start of the day. The complementary bus shuttle brings you every 15 minutes to the JR station which is a really good service. Overall this hotel has a good price value and the location/shuttle service is convenient if you want to discover Tokyo.

Your service staff has been impeccable, true to its Japanese standards. But Sheraton has to improve this hotel's gym policies. My shoes were not dirty and the staff said that if I wanted to use the gym, I needed an indoor shoe. Well thats a first in all hotels that I've stayed in. I understand the need to maintain cleanliness of the gym but it can be managed with duly maintenance of a cleaning personnel. Rather than having your guests bring an INDOOR ONLY sports shoes......

We ask everyone to take off shoes and put them into the shoes locker before using our health club.
Some guests spend their time barefoot in the facility, therefore we prepare rental shoes for the training room.
