Stayed here for three nights for a business trip. Good central location close to Shimbashi Station. Lots of restaurants close by and raised walkway connecting to the station. Breakfast was really good and view over the station was nice. Especially watching the bullet trains on the tracks.

We stayed on the artist floor in the breathtaking Geisha Goldfish room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is not huge but had an amazing view and had everything we needed. The hotel is in the business center of Tokyo but right next to the subway so we felt it was a great location for us. It’s super close to the Ginza area of Tokyo with all the swanky shopping. The artist floor includes a lounge that has toast, croissants and coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. We took advantage of both and enjoyed the view in the lounge. The staff was super helpful and called various restaurants for us to make dinner reservations. All in all great start in Tokyo on our adventure through Japan.

I think this is better suited to business travellers rather than tourists, based on its location and size. Rooms quite spacious and pleasant view. Good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western options.

Nice hotel in shidome area of Tokyo. Service was first class and staff could not do enough for us. Room was on the small side but a great view over the city towards the river. Good breakfast choices. Location is good and as it sits on top of the subway it's easy to find your connections to the excellent Japanese train and subway service.

A wonderful hotel close to the Ginza. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Enjoyed Zen room! The choice between Western and Japanese breakfast was appreciated and the art themes made the hotel seem not run of the mill
