This is not a typical full-service hotel. It is more akin to an apartment, located in a fantastic, charming, quiet location in the heart of central Tokyo, a few stops from Shibuya and Meguro. The room had a washer/dryer which is very convenient for long stays. There is a dry cleaners down the street on the way to the station. There is a grocery store adjacent to the station where you can buy food to cook in your room if you so please. There is a quaint street with charming local eateries and all of the convenience of being in the big city with a slightly suburban feel to it.

We had a long stay at this place 15 days. Along with us there were 5 Indian also in the same hotel. They serve basic breakfast in the morning and have vending machines for drinks and snacks. They clean room once a week and room fridge, washing cum dryer, heat plate and cooking utensils. I loved heating base in toilet seat.

Recommended for people who are willing to cook and wash during their stay. It is been quite time since we stayed there.

This place is very central middle of Akihabara (electronic market) and main Tokyo station.

a. It is not really a hotel, it is a converted apartment block with close to zero amenities
b. the servicing of the apartments is low level really, cleanliness and professionalism
c. when i stayed there was a strange smell emanating from the 3rd floor... they don't really care - stupid service...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They are very small rooms but clean, with A/C, TV, free internet, great bathroom. TV had CNN. It's a perfect hotel if you are on a budget and only staying in Tokyo for a short time. It's 2 minutes from the closest train station "Yutenji" and only three stops from Shibuya! It is so convenient. The Hibiya Line is closest subway line. And will take you to Ginza in minutes.

The only negative thing I can say is that no one speaks English at the hotel. Knowledge of a little Japanese will be helpful for first time travelers in Japan. Yutenji is a cute little place with all the amenities. I totally recommend this place. Make sure you make reservations. The place was busy.
