We only stayed one night but it was a nice place to be at. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable with a separate kitchen and laundry for this twin bedded room. Everything is supplied for you in Japan which is so convenient. We will be back same time this year this coming October and are looking forward to be at this hotel. Their website includes English and it gives a pretty good description of what you are going to get.

Room tip: the twin rooms are larger and have small kitchenette and a washer/dryer all in one.

It was so difficult to find a good triple room in Tokyo and we just could book for 2 nights only. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Our family enjoyed the room very much. The hotel could receive parcel in advance which I ordered from Internet. Good service! The hotel is located near Metro, but not many overseas tourists stayed here, mainly serve for locals.

Recently stay here with family (wife, daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren) - we had two three person rooms - large by Japanese standards, rooms include washer drier and basic kitchen - great value - well connected with two subway lines close by - nice quiet area - easy access to Tokyo Disney

I booked this hotel based on the guests comments from tripadvisor.
Hotel is closed to Oedo and Tozai lines. But you need to find out the right exits from two lines. There is no tourim attatractions arround hotel, pretty much in a residential area but some shops and restaurants.
Staff generally are courtesy especially the breakfasts lady and the house keeping lady. But one reception is not that professional when answering my inquiry.
Breakfast is simple but free of charge.
Some guests mention that hotel offers smal washing machines in the rooms. However it is not for all.

Hotel staff are very friendly. The room is comfortable. A bit small but that is common in Japan. The room is very clean with good amenities. Not a lot of varieties for breakfast but good enough for a couple of days stay. If you want to visit Tsukiji Fish Market, take Monzen-Nakacho subway which is 300 meter away from Tokyu Stay. It is only 1 station away, stop at Tsukijishijo station. The hotel is surrounded by mini markets and food joint. However there are also entertainment joint which personally I don't recommend kids around this area. There are also shrine very near to Monzen-Nakacho station.
