My wife and I stayed at the Imperial from 4/1-4/6 while we were visiting to consider a potential relocation to Tokyo. We had originally considered the Ritz in Roppongi, but changed to the Imperial due to proximity to my office. I'm very glad we made the switch. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most hospitable of any hotel I've used before. They consistently went out of their way to make us feel like home. I especially appreciated them allowing us to use the Imperial Club hospitality lounge upon our arrival. Our flight got in at 5 am, and since our room was not ready yet, they made the lounge available to us to shower and get cleaned up following the long flight. My only complaint was that the beds were a bit firmer than I would have liked, but we got used to them. Would definitely stay at the Imperial again.
