This was buy far the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The service was above and beyond great. Someone was always offering to carry my bags or offer assistance. Room service was excellent and fast with a wide variety of selections. The room was spacious, clean and offered a large quantity of free amenities. New Otani Hotel is a little pricey compared to some hotels in Tokyo but if you look for a deal it is more than worth the extra expense. Extra great feature is that the two nearby train stations will get you to anywhere in the city. Overall great hotel and I will stay again.

Huge hotel complex in a central location. Walking distance to subway and central Tokyo...but likely the same for almost any Tokyo hotel. No need for taxis. Staff was helpful and English speaking. Restaurants were many and varied pricing.

The New Otani is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with many excellent restaurants and superb gardens that are the focus of the downstairs breakfast area. The breakfasts are among the least good aspects of the New otani but the view is great, grab a window side table if you can.

Excellent very large hotel complex in perfect central location. Walking distance to subway and central Tokyo. Wonderful staff, amazing shops (restaurants a bit too pricey) and of coarse signature Japanese garden is a bonus.
