Fine dining with indoor and alfresco option. Everything seems to be made on premise with the antipasti being of high quality local sources arranged in a way that complements each flavour (prosciutto, salami and selections of cheese depending on the meal).
The professional staff are incredibly well informed, sensitive to detail and very accommodating. We arrived just after a group of 20 (our bad luck) and so endured a longer than normal wait and some unpleasant noise - yet the staff took excellent care us and ensured our meal was enjoyable.
However, the centre management keeps things to a tight pool of staff and dining space on a normal day and you may find that less professional enigmas pop up. Call ahead.
