Our host was a delightful lady who must have been in her eighties - she was evacuated to Egypt during WW2. Still very sprightly and showed us to our room, putting us mere youngsters to shame - we had a choice of either an apartment with it's own kitchen or just a room - we chose the latter, because of the balcony overlooking the harbour and the sea. However the balcony did make us feel slightly dizzy!
Try as we might, the A/C refused to work for us and when we mentiond this, as we left the owner and her grandson, who could speak very good english confirmed that they also could not master the complicated remote control!
However lovely place to stay and excellent value
