Stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2018 for a business trip. The location is great since it is within 5 minutes walking distance to Tachikawa station. Also the hotel is first stop for Airport bus from Narita airport so getting there from the airport is easy. Inside the lobby area and the first floor is grand. The hotel is more geared towards weddings hence it has a special wedding area on the 1st floor and wedding rooms on the next 3 floors. I had a single room with double bed which was very comfortable. The room were a bit dated but the room size was good. All facilities at the hotel were great apart from the internet which was very bad and not reliable at all. Apart from that staff were great, friendly and did their best to reply to english.

Room Tip: Great Location.

This grand hotel has a grand lobby, but tiny rooms. Hotel mainly aim at weeding has an impressive lobby. It does look like a 4-5 stars hotel from the lobby. But rooms are a different story. Granted, they were bigger rooms than ours, but our was tiny (15square m)You had to climb a steep step to go the bathroom (dangerous when half a sleep at night).
But the hotel is very conveniantly located, close to the train station and only an hour or less to downtown Tokyo, whitout Tokyo price.

Long story short: this place is good if you have a backpack maybe two! I had two full suitcases for three weeks!! It’s difficult to organize the room for this long of a stay.

Being it’s winter the room temp is okay. Warmer than I’d like and I keep the heater off. You can open the window but the AC is off in January. I ended up catching the “Flu” and had to humidify the room. Fill bath tub and put plastic bag on shower vent!

I’ve stayed at Mets and Washington in Tachikawa. This place is 6” to a foot shorter in width. The plus is a built in radio(2 stations ‍♂️) but not drawers for storage. I made it work but obviously find other places to spend my waking hours!

The laundry is typical. Ÿ100 per cycle. The staff is very very friendly and accommodating. I can’t complain about service at all!!

Prices are decent. They ranged from $120 to $80 per night depending on the day. The usual supply/demand curve.

Visited during april 2017, sakura season.
Hotel should consider luxury during the past, but have worn off as time past.
Main lobby will shut down after 11pm.
There is many restaurant and shops nearby.
No air con operation during spring season.
Service personal don't understand basic English, very difficult to communicate.
Service is not good.
Hotel provide self laundry service.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They have instant tea only in the rooms. Very convenient to the Tachikawa Station and to many beautiful department stores. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store around the corner.
