We had a wonderful day cycling in the Yarrra Valley with our Vinetour guides, Allison and Libby. They arrived punctually at our Healsville Air BnB and within 30 minutes we were "on our bikes" cycling the Warby Trail. We enjoyed a delightful morning tea at a Warburton Cafe before our return cycle. Our wood fired pizza lunch at a local winery really hit the spot. We were then off for a litte wine tasting at spectacular Yering Station. Our visit and tasting at Yarra Dairy was a lovely surprise. All in all, a great way to explore the Yarra countryside and sample a diverse variety of local food and wine while kidding ourselves we were exercising!

Our family spent the morning riding through the Mornington peninsula and the afternoon visiting wineries. Our guide Dave was very friendly, helpful and flexible with our itinerary. He tailored our trip to suit some of the wineries we wanted to visit and surprised us with with some wineries that were hidden gems. The bike ride was awesome and adjusted for all fitness types.
The lunch we had at darling park winery was fantastic. During the trip there was no time that we felt rushed. it was a very relaxing day. I would highly recommend this fun day out to anyone.

The Ride and Winery tour in the Yarra Valley is fantastic. We were picked up at our home - an unexpected treat. Then off to the first stage of our day. I can't remember the name of where we started but it is about 7 or 8 kms from the Railway Cafe - and it is all (well almost all) down hill. A fantastic way to start the ride - and we didn't have to go back up it!!. The secnery is just beautiful and so peaceful. After coffee we continued the ride. We rode about 27 kms which was just perfect. Elize, our tour guide, is excellent. She is so organised, efficient and pleasant. She is relaxed and day just flows smoothly from place to place. The bikes are excellent too.
Next on the agenda was wine tasting and lunch at Rochford winery was lovely. I can highly recommned the seafood risotto. The scenery at Domain Chandon is breathtaking (and the wine is pretty good too). The last stop is the Yarra Valley Chocolate and Ice Cream place (not the right name) but the place is amazing and very, very crowded. Elize then drove us home.
It really was a perfect day.

My partner surprised me with a Vine Tours voucher for my birthday and we spent a fantastic day riding and wining through the beautiful Yarra Valley. Elize was extremely helpful and professional and made the day faultless. We rode on the Warby trail from Mt. Evelyn to Launching Place with morning tea at The Carriage Cafe in Seville, lunch at Rochford, tastings at Rochford and Chandon and finished at The Chocolaterie in Yarra Glen. The scenery and surroundings were magnificent and added to occasion. Wine tastings were fun and educational - would have loved to visit more wineries but enjoyed what we did. Highly recommended and look forward to doing similar trips in the future.

My self and 3 colleagues spent a beautiful day riding about 27 K through the wine country in early march 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed it. we found the tour just by surfing the Internet and from the get go Elize was responsive and eager to satisfy what we wanted to do. Everything went like clockwork and it was great value for all of us. Richmond biked with us and made for an easy companion. Elize even had bug spray which kept most of the flies away. They weren't a problem. Just gotta keep moving! After the ride we went to a winery for lunch and an excellent tasting, then the Chandon vineyard for another taste of the Brut; then an Apple and other fruit cider vineyard, excellent, and the coup de grace was the chocolate factory, a small one, which capped off the perfect day. Thank You Elize and Richmond! Ted
