This hotel is owned and operated by the winery owners, who have been making wines at this location for over 100 years. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is located within 1/2 mile of a freeway and the front rooms can see an industrial park on the other side. Ask for a room facing the back if the view is a concern. The road noise is minimal. Our corner suite faced the front and the view was not a issue for us.

The building is surrounded by 200 acres of vineyards and walking through the vines is a treat. The building itself is a bit quirky, like most B&B's. The shower water does run hot and cold in the morning when everyone is taking a shower simultaneously. The rooms are large and comfortable. All of the common area lights are fitted with motion sensors, so you may walk into a dark hallway before they switch on.

The staff is friendly and professional. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant staff. Most guests seem to eat out, so don't be surprised if you are served in an empty restaurant. The food is good, well portioned, and reasonably priced.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Aranda de Duero and is probably not the best choice for someone just passing through. However, if you are wine touring in the region and want someplace away from the madding crowds, this is a great respite.

If you are planning to tour the region's wine facilities, ask for a tour of Bodegas Torremilanos. Their production facility is a nice mix of new and old technologies, especially compared to someplace like Cair. They serve their wines in the restaurant and they are a great value. Too bad they don't import into the US.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a back view to overlook the vineyards. Get a tour of their wine making facility.

great hotel and vineyard. had wonderful accommodations and a nice tour of the vineyard and winery. had dinner at the hotel, excellent roast lamb. Difficult to get coffee in the morning as the woman working in the kitchen had very firm rules about not serving any coffee before a designated time. More flexibility about this would give it 5 stars

As far as settings go for a hotel not many can better this. Nice to stroll around the vineyards in beautiful tranquility. After working up a thirst sampling a glass of the local produce is highly recommended. While not an extensive menu in the restaurant the food was top quality. The rooms were large and well presented and good wifi throughout the hotel. Well worth a visit

We stayed one night at Hotel Torremilanos as we wanted to visit the Ribera del duero wine area. The Hotel has both good and bad points. It is in the middle of no where but it is set within the vineyards and is a working winery so the location is beautiful. They were unable to provide us with a wine tour and tasting but the receptionist did let us taste some of their wine (for a fee) in the hotel bar. The wine itself was average compared to some of the other Ribera del duero wines we tasted. The room was large and yes the bidet is located in the shower. A little strange but given the shape and size of the bathroom I could see how there was no where else to put it. The real downfall of the hotel is you are pretty much forced to eat dinner in their restaurant which does not open until 8PM, which in itself I can live with but when the service is so slow that you are there until 11Pm at night then it becomes ridiculous. Especially when the reason it is so slow is because there are only 2 wait staff and in reality I think one of the girls helps cooks because she was gone for long periods of time so that makes 1.5 serving a bus tour and 5 or 6 tables. And, then to add insult to injury the food wasn't really worth waiting for. Eating late is very spanish but eating late because of exceptionally slow service is beyond my patience. In the end, the food was not bad it just wasn't worth the price or the wait. We found the front desk people friendly and helpful after chatting them up a little. The breakfast in the morning was average.
