I was hungry at lunch time and went down to grab a bite to eat. The menu is a little different. If you are looking for the same old same old pasta and red sauce, lasagna etc. you will be disappointed. If, however, if you'd like to try something else, this is the place for you. For lunch, I opted for the Calamaretto soup in red sauce with crostini. It was, basically, a baby squid soup in red sauce. It was delicious and different. My wife and I tried to go somewhere else for supper but wanted a little more that standard fare. We decided to go back for supper. My wife ordered the Seafood Rissotto and said it was fantastic. I ordered the Tortelli stuffed with beef and cheese in a creme sauce. It was extremely tasty and well-done. They also have a great wine selection. Our server, Clarissa, was a gem of knowledge about the menu. She also recommended the local wine and we were not disappointed. Clarissa was attentive without being intrusive. This is definitely a go back. We were only in Tarquinia for one night, But this will not be our last time.
