We had a week here in June and it was wonderful. Everything in our apartment was immaculate, all equipment worked fine (TV volume which was fixed on a setting lower than we could really hear but as an older couple, and a bit deaf, that's not a criticism at all, and if we were really that bothered we would have mentioned it...and we could watch the World Cup Soccer and enjoy it without disturbing the neighbours!!).

There is a small hourly charge for wi-fi.

If you must have air-conditioning or a cool room, you should discuss room options before booking. We had a superb room, which just happened to get very warm facing the sun all day (which shone all day, all week...and Tyrolean sunshine is the best!!)

The accommodation is the best functional apartment we have ever stayed in..perfect for a larger group, with a superb kitchen, all equipment spotlessly clean and in working order...it seemed a shame to use it!

The main bedroom was enormous and very comfortable, with a safe too for valuables.

The management arrange for breakfast rolls to be brought in, which are better value than local alternatives, so if you prefer, you don't have to go to the bakery. It works if you don't need an early breakfast.

There is a great indoor pool and sauna area, and outside there is a mini-golf and billiard game (open to the general public, but for guests it's complimentary, and really good fun for all ages).

Refreshments are available too.

It's a great location for exploring the local area, up to Sölden and the Timmelsjoch, or the other way towards Innsbruck. We did some fabulous walks in the local area. The Feuerstein in particular is recommended...walk starts from the playing field in Huben and takes in 13 statues made from reclaimed steel/iron and each tells a different fable about events in the woods (all in Austrian/German).

If you asked what was the best part....it has to be the friendliness of the owners. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. We can't wait for another opportunity to stay here again.

If there was a licensed bar and restaurant, you wouldn't really need anything else!!

Thank you for a really enjoyable time.
