Had a very lovely stay. Mrs S made us feel very welcome and advised us to contact her if we required anything. The annex had everything we required and was very warm and homely.

Will defiantly visit again in the near future.

“Lovely place to stay”

We have stayed at the Treetops about four times over the last two-three years - and enjoy coming back here. We have stayed as a couple and as a family - and the cottage has worked very well for us and our needs. There is all the functionality we need (kitchen, bathroom, living space and beds) along with a lovely garden and balcony - all with beautiful views in a lovely quite rural setting. It might but be luxurious, but has instead a very homely feel. The cottage has always been clean and there are always coffee, tea, towels and freshly made beds upon arrival (very comfortable double bed, by the way). There is a tv, wifi, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and all you need in a kitchen. Bathroom has a shower unit and there are fresh towels and soap. Walking distance to the village with pubs, restaurants, newsagents/small shop. There is off-street parking on the drive. Sam who owns the place is just next door, always very friendly and helpful - and does those little extra things to make you feel at home. Perfect as a weekend getaway or as a base for exploring this lovely area in East Sussex and the south coast. We will definitely be returning here again and would recommend it to others.

Thank you very much for this lovely review. We love having you here and it's very nice to see your little girl growing up having seen her as a tiny baby! Looking forward to your next visit (we're having some improvements done, I think you'll like them) - a warm welcome awaits!
