While outside looks are deceiving, inside was very nice and spacious. Hugo met me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful and ensured i had all my paperwork for my day trips. Watchout for the front door... it locks when closed so always have the key with you when you are outside. It does have a balcony but no railing but the open door allows a nice breeze through. It's a bit of a walk to the main part of town (about 7-10mins walk) but it does have a shop and restaurant across the road. It's also a quieter part of town so that's a plus.

The external stairs to our room above shops had no handrail with only a carpenters saw stool to stop you stepping into the void. The external balcony also had no handrail. We assume the building work is yet to be finished. The shower was very tiny, hard to move with bumping a top and the floor waste in the shower had no grid - if something valuable, like a ring, fell into it the loss would be forever. The owner/caretaker (?) was hard to find, could be considered a character.
On the plus side, it is just opposite a grocery shop and its not far into town. The appliances in the kitchen were up to date and clean.

Just across from an excellent place to get beer, wine, snacks almost anything. No air conditioning- none needed even in summer - cool breeze all time. Has oven, fridge, microwave and friendly enviroment.
