Sis Pins is a lovely hotel in a great location and is open all year round. We were in Room 102 which is a nice twin room with terrace and no traffic noise. The room was clean and comfortable with a safe, fridge and complimentary tea & coffee. The hotel staff were really friendly, helpful and pleasant at all times.
A super buffet breakfast was available which is taken inside at this time of year and complimentary snacks and drinks were available in the afternoon-a nice touch!
The hotel has secure bike storage and is located right on the sea front, so really handy for shops, bars and restaurants. The only down point was the soundproofing as we picked up lots of noise in what was a relatively quiet period. This was not helped by a group of cyclists who seemed to have one member who couldn’t speak at less than 100 watts whilst going to and from his room. Funny how inconsiderate morons always seem to have an english accent.
El Casinet, a nearby restaurant, offered Sis Pins guests a discount and we took advantage of this several times. Good food was served in a nice environment and their prices for the 3 course menu seemed to compare favourably with others, given the quality.
We arranged our own transfers from Palma airport and used Conde who were excellent. (Thanks to another Trip Advisor reviewer for recommending them).
This hotel has so much to offer and we would definitely stay again.

Hotel Sis Pins exceeded expectations. Clean spacious lobby area with free access to a PC and 24hr desk. Friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Free coffee and cake in the afternoons too, which was most welcome after a day on the bike. Good secure storage for your bike with cctv. Room was clean and comfortable (the beds a very firm!). On the whole a very pleasant stay and one I would heartily recommend.

Hi Stuart

Thanks for the review and recommendation, the SisPins is very popular with cyclists throughout the winter months and we do our best to ensure you're fueled up for your day of cycling and help you to replenish those calories upon your return with a slice of cake in the afternoon ;0)

We hope to welcome you back again soon

Kind regards

Richard

The location is excellent, specially the sea view rooms. The check in was a bit stressful as the front desk was a bit rude to us. We thought about changing hotel but unfortunately this is the only one open off season. After clarifying our booking they changed the attitude which was very much appreciated. The room was well appointed but not sure about sound proof - can't imagine sleeping well in high season when we could hear everything from the next door room on a quiet week. We don't do cook breakfast so I can't comment on that but the option of pastries, fruit and bread was OK. The staff at the breakfast room was very attentive. We found very nice the option of snacks available and the tea and coffee facilities. It is a lovely building with excellent location but we left with mixed feelings about this hotel.
