As a family of four we had to travel to the Malaga area for a friend’s wedding in August 2017. Fortunately we found Casa Cuatro on Tripadvisor and it was still available, so we eagerly booked it.
The Casa itself was in a lovely location overlooking the tee of the first hole at the Lauro golf course. The rooms were cool and exceptionally clean and having two ensuites was a real bonus.
There were two sun terraces which allowed us to enjoy an early evening drink, whilst overlooking the last golfers of the day teeing off.
The course itself has a cafe which we visited several times, with a very friendly lady running it who went out of her way to accommodate us at times. The restaurant was being refurbished at the time of our stay and was closed for that reason, however, there was a half way house on the course, which was a small cafe serving food and alcohol with a beautiful vista looking up at the golf holes that covered the hillside and is well worth a visit.
Our children loved the onsite pool and happily played with the other children there. All in all a really enjoyable stay.
Very nice villa with great views and only a few steps to the golf course that suited us very well. David and Jackie ,very helpful and did everything we needed. Also thanks to John and Susan key-holders.Thank you very much for us
Two balconies - one looks south across the golf course towards the Sierra de Mijas, and the other looks north over the Guadalhorce valley towards distant mountains. Also a nice terrace opening off the living area with BBQ. So if you enjoy being out of doors, this is the perfect house!
The location was perfect for what we needed and the house and surroundings are family friendly, the pool was great as well. We will definitely visit again.
