If you are in Capetown then you need to visit and take a picture at the sign with the coordinates. You can come and see where all the hikers and cyclists converge. The waves are calmer on this side of the point. One lane road so can get busy with limited parking spaces. Do your best to have a driver or guide so you can explore.

To avoid the crowds when the tour buses arrive make sure to get and early start. While you're there take the time to visit the lighthouse.

This is a must place to visit especially that it is the most southern point in Africa. The two oceans view is incredible but there is no difference between the oceans. You wont see the line that seperate the oceans.

This was a stop on our private tour.

This location is very beautiful with of course the sign indicating you have reached the most south western point on the African continent.

The water is a lovely blue with a lot of seaweed bobbing around. The shore is quite rocky making the scenery bery rugged.

The drive along the road to get there is very scenic with so many different types of vegetation, blue skies and water and wildlife (including ostrich) along the roads.

A wonderful drive.
