For a lot of British visitors, these apartments might seem a bit scruffy round the edges, but it was pretty much what we wanted for the first 3 days of our holiday. The big pluses about the apartment were: very spacious; separate bedroom and living room; hot and powerful shower; well-equipped kitchen; right by the beach; walking distance from the airport. The gardens in front of the apartment were pleasant (though there was some maintenance work going on when we stayed) with birds and a view across the sea. There was sometimes noise from the road at the rear though.
We loved the food at the Store Bay food court and sampled something different each day. We'd also recommend the soursop icecream from the ice cream shop by the food court.
I wouldn't have wanted this to be the only place we stayed in Tobago - we moved on to Castara - but a couple of days here at the start enabled us to explore Store Bay and Pigeon Point, and take a boat trip out to Buccoo Reef.
