Attended a half day bushcraft with my partner which was mainly focused on firemaking. Had an amazing instructor in Rich. He is clearly a knowledgeable man and we loved the experience. Came away from a fun morning with useful skills and a thirst for more! We'll definitely be back at TnR when we holiday here again.

Thank Lauren S

Great activities on and off-site led by quality instructors. Paddling along the canal from here boasts some beautiful views and the food in the pub upstairs is banging, great pub classics and the specials looked great too.

Did the kayaking down the river with Tom after another company cancelled our white water rafting tour.
So glad they cancelled! Kayaking was so much fun. Tom is a top bloke and really looked after us. Started slowly on the canal and then swapped over to the river. Had a great time and Tom took photos of us along the way. Fell in a couple of times which was refreshing and a great laugh for everyone. Equipment was all supplied and in good working order. Would definitely book it again and can recommend tnr to everyone!

Had a fantastic family experience, it was a cheap activity for us all to do together with no skill or experience needed. Need to be comfortable with heights for the aqua duct experience.

Had a day kayaking booked for my birthday with a group of 9 lads. We were contacted the day before and told the conditions were unsafe so were offered a range of alternatives. We collectively settled on gorge walking, which none of us knew anything about.
After a day of wading down a stream, swimming through waterfalls, sliding down natural waterslides and jumping off cliffs, we emerged at the other end exhausted, but with big grins on our faces. Tom, our instructor was very friendly and also helpful. We never felt in danger doing an activity that has an inherent risk. There was a good variety of kit for a group of lads all shapes and sizes. All for a very reasonable price too.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Thank Ashley R
