On a recent trip to Niseko in Japan with family and friends (about 25 of us), we used Niseko Gourmet several times, but particularly for our Christmas Day lunch. We were in a house and arranged for them to come to us. This was all arranged from Australia before we left and I must confess, having done similar in China once with disastrous results I was worried. The menu read well, but who knows when in a foreign country. However, I could not be more pleased with the results. The food was excellent, the standard of a 5 star restaurant. The service was discreet and the staff very helpful and pleasant. They left the kitchen pristine leaving us to enjoy our day. Also very reasonably priced. This is a must do if visiting Niseko. Even if only for a quiet dinner at your hotel with 4 people it was a great experience. Thank you so much Niseko Gourmet - we will definitely be using you next time we visit.

We used Niseko Gourmet for dinner on several occasions. The Japanese food was incredibly authentic and very reasonably priced. The main thing was that it was just so nice not to have to go out after one of Niseko's awesome powder days. After putting the kids to bed to have everything done for you was just the best holiday experience. I can't recommend using Niseko Gourmet enough.

What a wonderful experience having Tess and John over each morning of our stay in Niseko. With two little ones to get ready each morning for ski school not having to worry about preparing breakfast was great. The best part was how delicious the breakfasts were. We did 2 western breakfasts and 2 japanese breakfasts over the four days. The Japanese breakfasts were a huge hit. Living in Japan we've had our share of Japanese breakfasts at various hotels and the breakfast prepared for us in Niseko was truly restaurant quality. Chef Sachiko was awesome. Tess and John answered many questions about the village and gave us fantastic recommendations for lunch and dinner each day. They really became part of our group over the four days. We will definitely be returning to Niseko next year and Niseko gourmet will certainly be part of our ski holiday. All the best to Tess, John, and Chef Sachiko.

We've had the fully catered option for the past 3 years with breakfast and dinner each day and for our group of friends it makes life on holiday very easy.
A chef and host come to our house each day and cook for us, clean up afterwards and then head off before coming back for dinner.
There are many options to choose from on their menus and the food has always been of a very high standard, the staff very knowledgeable and the service very personal.
This year we tried a Japanese dinner and honestly felt it was the best Japanese food we ate in the Hirafu. It was not typically available in restaurants and provided us with a real understanding of what regular Japanese families may eat when not at a restaurant so it was also part about the experience.
