We stayed overnight at this eco camp in Tai Phakey village on our way back from Miao, Arunachal Pradesh. This eco-camp is known for promoting eco-tourism and they conduct several tours to the rainforests around Dibrugarh as well. There are only four or five rooms here, and they are very basic but very clean and well-maintained. The manager of the camp is very helpful. He asked the cook to prepare traditional Assamese dinner and lunch for us, and even organised a tour of the Tai Phakey village.
This camp is 1.5 hours from Dibrugarh Airport and a perfect stopover if one is driving back from Namdapha National Park.More
