After booking.com cancelled our reservations Joanna was able to fix the issue and provide an upgrade. She is one amazing lady. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and nice, the location is the best. The pool is well maintained. Everyone down to the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for one-night in a “village one-bedroom suite.” The Seasons at Blue is located right in the heart of the Blue Mountain Village with access to everything. The Seasons is one of several properties part of the well-known “Blue Mountain Resort”.
Upon check-in I was greeted by a courteous agent at the front desk. He was very helpful in explaining how to navigate to the underground parking lot and get up to our room.

The lobby was very well appointed with a nice sitting area, view of the pool and small games room/arcade which is useful if you have kids. The pool, hot tub and fitness entrance are also located on the ground floor. The large outdoor pool (and year-round hot tub) is by far one of the nicest in the village. The area is very private, yet isn’t too isolated from the excitement in the village. It’s located right in the centre courtyard of the hotel.

Our one-bedroom suite on level 4 was nicely furnished. The view was amazing – we could see the pool, the hillside and even a bit of the entertainment that was happening the main courtyard/stage area of the village. The balcony allowed us to watch some of the entertainment in the village square right from the comfort of our room.

The room included a separate bedroom with King Bed and Sofa Bed in the main area and had plenty of space. Also included was a full kitchen, equipped with fridge, stove and microwave, allowing us to cook a couple of meals right in the suite.

All things considered I would stay at this property again and highly recommend a visit!

Room tip: Pool/Hillside Views are Great!

We stayed here for Canada day long weekend. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. We had the one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, it was very spacious, felt like home. It was clean with a balcony, air conditioning, fireplace, lots of towels and soap, pool and a hot tub. We had to pay for wifi $11 per night or 3 days for $20 up to 3 devices. There was also a charge of $15 per night for underground parking, beware of dead ends it makes it impossible to turn around. Your better off going straight to P2 for lots of parking. I would recommend this to family and friends and definitely would return to this hotel again.

Thank you Michelle, this lodging property is centrally located with access to all things Blue right at your doorstep. Thanks for mentioning our associates and their terrific services. The rooms are nicely appointed, with all the comforts of home, makes traveling light and easy. The climate controlled underground is great and yes, P2 is often overlooked, but has much more space. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to have you back again soon.

Had a wonderful stay at Seasons during the May 24 weekend. The staff were excellent, I asked for an extra duvet and more tea bags, minutes later there were 4 staff members bringing everything we needed and more!
We were in a junior suite and were not disappointed at all, plenty of room for the 3 of us, probably would fit 5 if needed.
I think it's a bit unfair to charge $15 per night for parking, but can understand there is limited underground parking for the size of the place. It was very noisy with it being the long weekend and we were right at the front by the fire pit. It would have been nice if security could have closed it down before 3 am, but I'm grateful I took earplugs!
Would absolutley return again. So much to do in the village as well as up on top of the mountain. The gondola ride was terrific.

Dear Linda D,

Thank you for posting this very flattering review, we are delighted to see that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay and found the room met all of your needs. We sincerely appreciate your kind recognition of our associate’s eagerness to deliver on your requests and ensure you comfort. Weekends tend to see more Village traffic and can generate a bit more noise, our security personnel actively direct patrons to the parking areas and do their utmost to limit noise. The views from the top are breathtaking and the Gondola ride is well worth the trip up.
