I was not so enamored this time around. Yes, the room was spacious. but this time the carpet needed cleaning or replacement. The bed was rather low for those who have difficulty rising from low positions. There was no room safe which is rather standard in hotels of like rating.
A very nice sukiyaki dinner was served. Since I was with a group, I don't know if it was a set menu. The hotel has few Western guests and this is evident at breakfast. The buffet's only cereal was corn flakes; iceberg lettuce was not mixed with endive or other greens for the morning salad.
All those crystal chandeliers still need a good wash.More
