The hotel is very close to the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, which saves you the traffic stress going into Paris city center.
In the middle of a forest, it offers well equipped nice comfortable bedrooms and flexible meeting space. Very helpful and professional staff

The location is great, peaceful, close to CDG airport and Paris. However, the five star rating is definitely too high for the quality of the rooms (pretty, comfortable, with no real period furniture but with modern imitations instead, and an extremely user-unfriendly lightning system: it was impossible to switch on only a bedside lamp without lightning up the whole room). But above all I was chocked by the arrogance of the staff in both restaurants (the first evening in the Stradivarius, we had to ask repeatedly for being served. The other two days, it was impossible to get a table for 6 in the Opera, we were simply told by the waiter that we had to squeeze around a table of 4 or split our group. I should mention that both restaurants were not overbooked). I would definitely recommend to look for another location if you want a positive unforgivable experience.

A wonderful hotel in almost all respects. Rooms clean, comfortable and lavishly furnished. Wooded grounds with walks laid out through the trees and rocks.
Attentive staff most of the time, sometimes difficult to find coffee waiter at breakfast.
Restaurant pricey, we had dinner but could have eaten better and cheaper in Chantilly.
Although relatively close to Chantilly and CDG airport the hotel is actually very isolated and does not provide a courtesy bus. It has a smart Mercedes bus which we saw at the Museum of the horse but it does not seem to be available to ordinary guests. What is it for?
We enjoyed our stay and will probably go again.

Room tip: They are all good.

Awesome place away from Paris. This is like a mini palace
Would be a private getaway for couples
Food was great. Rooms were small but nicely done.
Would return
The town is also very beautiful but only 30 minutes away from Paris

My son and I came directly from southern France after driving most of the day. When we arrived and asked for a room, we were first rejected with the message that everything was booked. But when we confronted the reception that we knew about available rooms (internet booking site), we were met with "funny looks" by the two young girls at the reception. I had the feeling that we were not "good enough" for the hotel.

We got a room for the night, a Deluxe Room, which was nice and the stay was nice and quiet. At breakfast, which was lovely, everyone was nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings.

So it was clearly only a problem for the two night-shift employees at the reception desk. Nobody else seemed to have a problem with my son and I leaving the next day in an open 2-seater sports car.

I would have rated "Service" and "Value" maximum score, if it wasn't for out experience at the reception desk.
