We are a couple traveling only from Brisbane for the weekend, but we often love visiting the Canungra region, which is usually very green and has lots to see! The recent drought and bush fires that came through the region was very obvious for all to see! But, we were only too happy to support the local business during this tough time, including Greenlee Cottages! This was our first visit and despite the smokey atmosphere we really loved our stay-cation! Paul and Robyn were the perfect hosts, and were very hospitable! They made us feel welcomed as soon as we got there, and we thoroughly enjoyed their farm tour and learnt so much about macadamia production! Paul and Robyn are such lovely people and was a pleasure meeting them and learning some of their history. The local view and wildlife was amazing to see and watch, especially the local pademelons and kangaroos! The sun setting behind the mountains was also gorgeous each day, especially with a glass of bubbly! We hope to be back!

Room tip: They seem to all have the same view.

We had all the cabins here booked for bridal party of our wedding nearby. So I had plenty of great contact with the owners, and saw all the cabins with my friends.
Comfortable and peaceful, very well outfitted with thoughtful touches. Breakfast very enjoyable. Highlight is definitely sitting on the front porches enjoying the valley vista and seeing the wildlife.
Price is great for all the features, and we expect to be back.

The accommodation was perfect. Very clean, modern well maintained. They had everything there we needed. A delightful breakfast basket was delivered ( which we enjoyed). The surroundings were very nice. I went for a wander down to the creek and sat and watched the turtles Ian’s fish in the water. A lot to see and explore, although I didn’t quite make it to the winery right next door. Will most definitely recommend to anyone who is travelling there. Perfect for a getaway as a couple or just some “me time”
Thank you to the team at Greenlee Cottages. We will be back.

We love it when guests get to unexpectedly "unwind". There's just something about our valley :)

Surprised my wife with a romantic weekend getaway here for our wedding anniversary and the look on her face when we arrived was unreal. We aren't wine people and as we were driving down the road she was a bit nervous I'd booked us accommodation at one, but this fantastic little getaway is set on a Macadamia farm where you can collect your own macadamias from the grounds, and enjoy the peace and quiet of your fully self contained cabin nestled on the side of the hill with fantastic views of the valley from your own little verandah. No TV here so just to sit back and enjoy one anothers company and the amazing views. Plenty of wildlife for the avid photographer and even platypus in the creek just a couple of hundred meters away on the property. Paul and Robyn were amazing hosts and the complimentary breakfast hamper with all locally sourced foods was fantastic. It was a shame they had cancellations after the bushfires in the area but it just gave us the whole place to ourselves pretty much.We will definitely be back again and next time it will be for longer than 3 nights as that just isn't time enough to enjoy all the area has to offer including being on the doorstep to Lamington National Park. Thanks so much and see you guys again soon.

Room tip: Any room is perfect.

We loved having you stay and so pleased that you got to see a platypus. It's great when guests have a chance to slow down and enjoy what nature has to offer. Looking forward to catching up another time :)

I recently got married at the O’Reillys Canungra Valley Vineyard and stayed at the Greenlee Cottages with my bridesmaids the night before hand. It was the perfect relaxing stay to warm us up for the excited day ahead. We had our hair and makeup done at the cottage in the morning with perfect natural lighting and a beautiful look for our photographer to get some stunning getting ready shots in. My husband and I then stayed the night of and being 5 mins away from the vineyard made it very convenient for someone to drop the newlyweds home. This then made for the perfect romantic evening we needed after a very long and exciting day.
The breakfast hamper was sorced with delicious local produce and was extremely generous in its size!
The owners both welcomed us to the property when they saw us passing and were able to give us some great tips of the area and best local spots to visit. However, they also gave us all plenty of privacy during our stay.

I would 150% recommended anyone looking to stay at the cottages for a romantic rustic feel time away. And for brides or grooms looking for somewhere to stay in the Canungra area look no further.
