The staff knows me . They even keep a list of the rooms you prefer . I am friends with several porters who are always there to assist me . There is a convenient bus to go to Tokyo stations . It comes there about three times per hour . The price is 1460 yens paid cash only for one way . It is also easy to come back from the south gate (yaesu) at Tokyo station . The last but is right after 10 pm and can be paid by credit card . There is a shuttle bus to the airport as well . The restaurant is great too . I have eaten there several times . The hotel is in a remote area but they also provide a free shuttle to the mall with a stop at a Buddhist temple near by . Great operation . They even provide a leaflet with all the buses schedules . The rooms are very clean . The ones on the right wing have been redone

We checked in a day before our flight back to Manila. We arrived rather late from Osaka and it was drizzling so I was not able to explore the grounds. We decided to stay here to avoid inconvenience when we fly back home. The hotel caters to big number of tourists arriving in buses thus I may suggest that they should improved the facilities and do some upgrading in the rooms and lobby.

The hotel does not worth the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo but is a good place close to the airport. You will have a view on a big green area with trees which is nice. There are free buses from the hotel to Narita village, a pretty typical village with a temple at the end of a street of shops and souvenirs. The temple is composed of several monuments in a sophisticated hilly landscape. I recommand this visit if you stay at this hotel. Pictures are from this temple in Narita village.
