I stayed there one night. My flight delayed so the airline let all passengers stay there for free ! Perfect meal, perfect staying. The hotel has a bus to send us to a Mall and Temple in Narita. Loved it.

Mixed feelings here... Just your average airport hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, but the bathroom amenities are nothing special - you get a bath/tub combo in there. There is no mini bar in the room, but the room service is pretty good. Even if you're mid-top tier with Club Carlson getting a room upgrade is unlikely. Wired internet is complimentary to all guests. The free shuttle is OK, but it can take about 30 minutes to get to the airport so be prepared. They also offer shuttle buses to the town of Narita (AEON mall, etc.) which comes in handy as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and another one to central Tokyo - both services cost extra.
Staff generally is nice and this hotel is tremendous value for money in Japanese terms with rooms starting at about $75 a night.

Good choice for one night stay, I would never stay here for longer though.

The business class room was very nice and comfortable. It's about what I would expect for the price. The staff was very accommodating when we showed up super early. My layover was from 7am - 9 pm there time. They let me check in real early and sleep all day. I appreciate that. The property seemed nice. The price is just decent but is worth it for the shuttle. The transport is a longer drive than I imagined but hey, it's free.

Quite close to airport. Good if travelling with young children as they have cots and also a handy play room filled with toys. Clean and very well presented. Free bus provided to and from airport. The grounds are well maintained and the breakfast buffet is great.

Had a great stay here in Radisson Narita. It's not a new hotel and the furnitures were a bit tired and probably could use a refurb but the room was very clean. Would rather stay in an older and clean hotel rather than a dirty new hotel.

I'm not sure if the beds were really single because it could fit two people easily in one bed. Check in was fast and all the staff were friendly. The lobby and the landscaping were perfect.

There dinner and breakfast was amazing. They catered to both North American and Japanese food. Wifi was great and eventhough they said that it was wired internet there was still wifi in the room and it was fast!

They had a free shuttle to and from the airport and since there was nothing around, they had a free shuttle to Narita town and Aeon Mall. There was also a bus service to Tokyo and they pick up right in front of the hotel and drop you off at Tokyo Station. The fare for one way was 1420 yen per adult and 710yen per child. It takes about 90 minutes to get there. We took the bus going to Tokyo and took the Keisei Limited Express (1000yen per adult and 500 yen per child) from Ueno to Narita Airport and the hotel's shuttle going back to the hotel. Both takes the same amount of time and around the same fare. Not unless you take the express train but that was 2400 yen per adult.

We really enjoyed going to Aeon Mall which was about 30 minutes shuttle ride. It wasn't the biggest mall but it was a good size.

I would definitely stay here again, actually can't wait to go back. But this is NOT Tokyo. If you want to be close to the city, this hotel is NOT for you. It was a little inconvenient taking the bus for 90 minutes but it was worth it for us. We used part of of the Club Carlson reward points so we paid peanuts! We'll be back!!
