at first hotel and staff too looked friendly, but after a few days you can see that they don't really care about guests, most important is break(siesta), from 12-4 every day, and during that 4 hours you can not get even a drink, for anything else, you need a thick nerves...

We stayed here for a week for skiing. The location is perfect for the lifts and buses to other ski areas. Our room was spacious with windows facing two directions. Breakfast was plentiful and provided over a lengthy time frame. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action for most of our stay and wasn't too warm even after it was fixed. The sauna and steam room were both good if small, as was the relaxing area.

We had to depart early on our last day so ordered a picnic breakfast. Imagine our disappointment when no food was left out for us. We spoke to the staff on duty who seemed to think that another customer had stolen it. Unfortunately no one from the hotel was available to rectify this.

Everyone here works hard to make sure you enjoy your stay - the ‘front of house’ staff are very friendly and helpful, and everywhere is spotless.

Food is excellent - great assortment of (cold) options for breakfast, which is currently served 0730-1000, and lovely food at reasonable prices available later (day and evening) in the bar/restaurant.

Location is great - about 50m from a main gondola and also the excellent ski-bus, which whisks you to anywhere in the valley for €6 per week (get your ticket at hotel reception). It is at the top of the village of Pozza, which was pretty quiet when we were there, but it it was busier in peak season, you would be close enough to join in if you want, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet also.

Facilities also great - our room was huge, spotless and had plenty of storage space. Was lovely and warm even when -10 outside! The bathroom was a good size, spotless and warm also, and the shower was superb!
We appreciated the lift when arriving and leaving with our suitcases.
The wellness area is beautifully decorated and contains a sauna and steam room (nice and hot), jacuzzi (was too cold on our first day, but we told reception and it was turned up for the rest of our stay), shower area, seating and hot/cold water to drink or make herbal teas with. Yes, it is a bit small, but we used it at 4 every day and had it to ourselves.
Boot room downstairs is a real bonus - spacious lockers that are opened by your room keycard, containing heated boot racks - bliss!

The only extra we could wish for would be tea/coffee facilities in the room, but that wasn’t a big deal.

We look forward to returning in either winter or summer!

Stayed here many time before and enjoyed this trip once again
Single room is okay and the extra single occupancy charge is very low.
Food and service was excellent with a great atmosphere in the bar restaurant.
It’s position so near the buffaurre lift makes life very easy.

This place is 5 stars. Great spa, also located right next to the Buffaure ski lift and fantastic restaurant, highly recommended.

Friendly staff, the desserts are amazing, great place for a few drinks after skiing

We absolutely loved this hotel and wonder why it isn't a four star. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet. The location is perfect at the bottom of the gondola lift and the whole town is easily accessible. A good supermarket is about 50m away.

The breakfast buffet is excellent (and open til 10.30 which is nice!) and the spa is lovely although only open from 4-8 and sometimes the water in the jacuzzi was a bit too cool but the sauna and steam room were not!

I had a single room and it was rather small. The others in my group were in couples and had fabulous rooms. Our balconies faced to the left of the hotel (as you look at it) and the back. Unfortunately they got very little sun. The best rooms therefore are on the front and right but they are all junior suites.
