“Lovely setting in a beautiful part of Ireland.”
Reviewed 9 June 2013 for a stay in June 2013

My nephew was being married in Rosscarbery so my daughter and I decided to have a week there. Found the cobbler well recommended on TripAdviser,
the booking was easy and the communication excellent. The village is in a beautiful setting with some stunning walks. The village has very good amenities pubs, shops and eating places. The people could not be more pleasant and helpful. The cobbler was well located, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had a fantastic week including the wedding in the Celtic Ross hotel, I would come back here gladly.

Its the small things that count when you are on holiday and away from home with the family. We now have a larger outdoor table for our guests to enjoy eating outside on the patio. Many of our guests return each year and we like to improve and decorate each year.
Thank you.

“A perfect house in a perfect location”
Reviewed 12 April 2012 for a stay in April 2012

The Cobber is really a "home from home". We had a delightful stay. The house is in an ideal location within 5 minutes walk from Rosscarbery village, The Celtic Ross Hotel and a 10 minute drive to The Warren (a wonderful beach with the most wonderful scenery ). The house is situated in the perfect location for touring West Cork and Kerry. It is maintained well, and is clean and inviting. There is a lovely back garden which our three children loved to play football in. Following a day filled with fun either playing football/tennis on the beach, fishing in the harbour, cliff walking (breathtaking scenery), playing pitch and putt, eating wonderful local cuisine, going to the playground, cinema in Clonakilty (one day of rain), touring West Cork .... we all sat round a log fire, tired and happy.... and had a wonderful sleep in 'the land of nod' in the most comfortable beds. What more can one say........

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers, this year we put in free to air Stalite TV and a new leather couch to improve the comfort of the living room. We also added a new range of childrens books for those rainy days.
