I have been here often, but recently it has gone downhill somewhat. They have a new till for food which appears to be slowing things down, and co-incidentally prices have shot up. Harveys is now a £1 a pint more expensive that another local pub. The last sandwich I had here had cheap sliced bread. Overall left disappointed, not the attraction it was, so may be trying other local houses.
In fact I write this after being away on holiday, I often have a pint and a sandwich at lunch, and frankly whiklst away had seriously better quality at a better price everywhere else we went. Even the Plough in Henfield does it better and cheaper!
