The flight from Brussels to Zanzibar was excellent on all aspects - that makes my evaluation - but the flight Zanzibar to Brussels by Mombasa was a hell : wrong seat number (the seat even didn't exist), more than 2 hour standing in Mombasa without any information (no TUI member to see), ultimately a seat somewhere in the plane with limited food...We were lucky only to concentrate on our 7 days excellent stay in Zanzibar, and not on the plane conditions

There is only 2 good things I have to say about this airline: 1) was indeed a super cheap flight, and 2) they give you food for a transatlantic flight, that is it! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SOOOOO BAD, the flight left almost 1.5h later, the staff SUPER RUDE outside and inside the plane, RIDICULOUSLY disappointed, not organizational skills at all, lines and mess everywhere, the plane was dirty, and the worse the staff so rude to the people!
we have traveled sooo many places so many different airlines and this one by far the worse in my book.

Reserved a seat in premium economy to go to Miami, just as we did last year. The reervation system still sucks (have to introduce pasport details twice), but the unpleasant surprise came when i wanted to reserve our seats. The upgrade to premium costs 150€pp and per flight and last year this paid for the large seats up front, sitting 7 in a row. Now, you have to pay an additional 50€pp and par flight for the large seat! What a joke - i pity the person who pays an additional 300€ return and ends up in the standard economy seat… and ends up paying all that money for some drinks and food!

They changed plane for our first flight, with no possibility to have our premium class. Plane dirty, staff unfriendly. The only good thing: we arrived more or less on time!
Our return flight was delayed, with hardly any communication. We could have enjoyed the beach a little more...We had to wait 4 hours at the airport, and arrived almost 3 hours late.

First time I flew in Dreamliner, really worth it!
I was in VIP selection and booked a seat in the very first class.Good choice, plenty - plenty of place, top of top service, the crew is really top trained and very assertive. The food & beverage are gorgious. A wonderful service that makes you feel on holidays from the first minute of your holidays.
I would like to make the same choice for next trip.
