Review of Frontier Airlines

We did not know what to expect because Frontier is relatively new to New England. It was fine! The staff was very experienced. They were relaxed, friendly and very professional. This is not a luxury airline but for a three hour flight I was comfortable and felt well cared for.

The flights to Vegas and back to Chicago were both on time. Actually the returning flight was 30 minutes early. The flight plus the tack-on fees were were cost efficient. The crew was friendly and the plane seemed very clean. Leg room was a bit tight. I would try them again.

The absolute worst airline ever.They offer no amenities what so ever. I couldn't get a drink of water. Had to use the bathroom sink to take some medication. The seats are uncomfortable to say the least. There is no leg room,, NONE! They offer no beverage service, no blanket, no pillow, no magazine, no Wifi, NOTHING!

Waited 9 hours in airport. After 5-6 delays flight was cancelled at 2am. Pilot houred out & they knew the flight wasn’t happening but let 150 people wait around all night. Only flight on the board cancelled.

I gave average instead of excellent.. almost excellent if not for the two flight attendants on the backside of the plane when we are about to leave.

First off, we got stock for a while at the gate because the planes A/C malfunctioned, its ok u know sometimes it does happen. It was taken cared off and everybody handled it professionally.

you cant beat their price, although they dont have fancy stuff inside like the other airlines. I think their slogan "Low fares done right" fits their company.. which is nice because if you are advertizing something it should be done right.

I will ride Frontier again!

BUT

a mistake of one is always the company's command responsibility.

When we are about to leave the plane after landing. 2 flight attendant are being sarcastic not towards us but we heard them talking about passengers who never knew how to listen?

They are furious because there are still some litters everywhere when it was announced on the flight that to take of the litters and throw to the bag where one of flight attendants are carrying.

They could have just talk to themselves but the fact that we heard it is a no no!

Wrong attitude! fake attitude! I guess wrong job for them!

But of course not all flight attendants are like that.. its just on that flight! I will definitely ride Frontier again!
