As usual, everything was quite alright from Khon Kaen to Bangkok. The flight was smooth because the weather was more or less sunny.

The flight was great. The crew on this flight can put a bit of smile on their face beside the purser who always smile. I know that they still wearing protective mask, but the smile can see through the eyes.

I had a premium economy ticket so enjoyed a very good quality of service. The cabin staff were polite and helpful, as I have always found them to be on Thai Smile. The food (fried rice with chicken) was almost tasteless. FYI your questionnaire is poorly designed since it lacks "not applicable" as a response category. Thus, I was forced to rate "food package: even though I didn't receive one.

flight schedule is on time and good flight attendee are very good services, aircraft condition quite well.

I have used Thai Smile many times over the past few years and found them reliable, comfortable and usually on time. This flight was no exception, arriving in Phuket at the stated arrival time. My only slight criticism is that travelling this time in Smile Plus ( due mainly to needing the extra weight allowance, although the lounge access is nice to have ) there was no choice of dish available for the on flight serving. Disappointing but not the end of the world !
