Very impressed with the great service experienced on my recent flight with Mango.
The reminders I received on my phone that allowed me to check-in online made the whole process incredibly smooth. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made a plan with oversized items that I was carrying without charging extra. On arrival in Cape Town, my luggage was already waiting at the collection terminals so was in and out the airport in minutes! Flights were punctual and left and arrived on time and cabin crew were friendly. Certainly an airline to use when travelling in SA.

Everything went as advertised. We boarded with plenty of time to spare, took off on time and landed 15 min early. The pilots were informative and he crew efficient

Bit late taking off; a seasoned Mango traveller told us that late take-offs were a regular occurrence. Good leg room on the flight thought and very reasonably priced coffee on board, unlike the silly prices for Ryanair, Jet 2, etc.

Book on line , got to airport with enough time to have breakfast and then walk thru gates to the plane

The delay spoiled my day but what can I say. That what it is for it happens with almost airlines. The flight was okay.
