I've only recently started flying with Rex and am SO impressed. I don't know why I had never flown with them in the past. The staff are all so friendly, the wait is always less, my flights have all been on time, the seats more comfortable than the other airlines and they also generously give you snacks - not trying to pinch every last penny out of you, they don't need to do that at the price but yet they do. I was just telling family and friends to check them out when the the following flight they went and gave me a free upgrade! NEVER has this happened with any other airline, enjoyed a delicious lunch (talking to the woman next to me they also upgraded her so the business class was full). Maybe they noticed I had recently been flying with them frequently.. Whatever the case it really made my day that there is such kindness, generosity and good old fashioned hospitality in the airline business still. Well done Rex this is how you do business.

I have traveled to 20 different countries and experienced many airlines. However, I can confidently say that REX offers the best domestic flights within Australia. The airport staff is excellent at assisting customers and resolving any issues that may arise. The inclusion of FREE SNACKS with a low-cost ticket definitely earns REX a 10/10 rating. If you are flying domestically in Australia, I highly recommend choosing REX. If REX ever needs additional staff or employees, I would be willing to work for them without salary or allowance because of their excellent treatment of their employees.

I had a return flight from Melbourne to Hobart, both flights were on time. I left my wedding ring on my return flight, I take it off as it doesn't fit anymore, I contacted customer support and had it back the next day. All staff that I spoke to went above and beyond to help me retrieve my ring. Outstanding service, I highly recommend and appreciate the help I was given.

I am part handicapped and have difficulty walking. Both ground staff and cabin crew at both airports were charming, helpful and efficient. IWheelchairs were quickly provided and attention given to my needs on disembarking and comfort.

The ground and flight staff so superperior to Jetstar.
I needed access to flight with broken bone in foot. They organised golf buggy and then goods lift to access aircraft at both ends of trip.
The airport staff did everything, large comfortable wheelchair, security, access and much more. We had one on one attention .The flight crew looked after me like I was their mother.
The flight was very comfortable with FREE snacks too. Travelling on a smaller aircraft for first time was impressive in terms of comfort and numbers. Not packed in like sardines.
We will be flying REX again.
