I am part handicapped and have difficulty walking. Both ground staff and cabin crew at both airports were charming, helpful and efficient. IWheelchairs were quickly provided and attention given to my needs on disembarking and comfort.
I could not thank and praise them more

Rex is fabulous.
We cannot thank REX enough for what they did in an emergency for us.
The ground and flight staff so superperior to Jetstar.
I needed access to flight with broken bone in foot. They organised golf buggy and then goods lift to access aircraft at both ends of trip.
The airport staff did everything, large comfortable wheelchair, security, access and much more. We had one on one attention .The flight crew looked after me like I was their mother.
The flight was very comfortable with FREE snacks too. Travelling on a smaller aircraft for first time was impressive in terms of comfort and numbers. Not packed in like sardines.
We will be flying REX again.
Advise you give Jetstar the flick we are.

First go with Rex after being disappointed previously with Virgin cancellation and delay x 2.
Arrived for 7am flight out of Sydney for the flight to be delayed due to fog in Melbourne. Understandable. By 9am other carriers at gates around us were departing for Melbourne but not us. No commitment about when the flight was leaving. Given a ten dollar voucher to pay for a coffee (literally that’s what $10 buys) and settled in for more delay. Advised untimately flight was cancelled after 4 hours of delay. Refund or maybe try to shift to an evening flight. Not good enough Rex. This is why we gave you a go because this was the treatment of the other airlines. Seems like all carriers are playing the same Russian roulette game. Booking a fare is not booking a guaranteed time anymore or it seems a guaranteed flight!

My family were travelling back from Brisbane due to attending a family funeral. We were greeted at Check-in and the lady arranged seating for us to sit together and arranged assistance for my Mum due to her finding stairs difficult. When we went to board the plane we were advised that we had been moved to Business Class. Lachie and the team fussed over my Mum and she could not believe the experience in flying up the front of the plane. Mum advised that she is 83 and has never had this service. The had arranged for her walker to be there when we landed. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful service. Would certainly recommend this airline service. Thank-you Leanne

It was the best flight I've flown in Au. Everything was great, the only thing I'd complain about was in-flight entertainment. But, everything else deserves a green tick!
