Staff was fantastic, everyone was very polite and helpful.

Check in was very easy.

The air hostesses were very kind. There were some children traveling by themselves and the air hostesses were attentive and reassuring to them.

Had a wonderful experience at check in with George who was delightful. George helped me add my Rex Flyer number to my flight. Then just before boarding I was pleasantly upgraded to business class. On the flight the stewardess was very genuine and took the greatest care of all the passengers in business class, she was amazing. I always have a wonderful experience with Rex ❤

Just want to say a big thank you to the wonderful Swiss Man at check-in at Sydney airport. Exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for all passengers. He made check in so easy. He is a wonderful ambassador for Rex.

Amazing staff and help. 96 flights were cancelled on return from Sydney due to rain weather event but Rex kept to schedule and we arrived safe and sound.

I trusted Rex with my golf bag! On arrival at King Island, one wheel of the travel bag was missing. I filed a report straight on. Being a frequent flyer, I understand this can happen. What is more shocking is Rex denial of any responsibility or liability claiming they don't provide support for handles or wheels damage. I trusted them with my bag, and they failed! Never on a plane with them in the future!
