Excellent service from beginning to end of flight. All staff professional and very approachable. Tup excelled in her duty and her colleagues were always willing to assist and very friendly. Highly recommend this airline.

Delayed twice. Suppose to land at 2.30pm - now landing at midnight to Melbourne. No one to pick me up - scared as hell. When is the government going to intervene on airlines doing this to customers. Will not fly with REX again

Terrible service arrive at the airport at 730 am for a 9 am flight only to be texted at 8am to be told the flight was delayed until 1230pm then at 10am we where informed the flight was delayed until 730 pm. This would mean that we had been at the airport for 12 hours. When asked to speak to a manager I was told that he/she was not coming back. This is the 2nd time this as happened. Will never fly with this airline again.

1st time flying with Rex Airlines and wondering are the reviews good as they say . Only flying one or two times a year not familiar with booking in with different airlines the baggage attendant seen us standing there looking at our online booking printout and came straight over to us and took us over to the counter and done it all for us . Very impressed and this service was followed right through our trip . Our departure time was to the minute leaving the tarmac . The whole flight cannot fault . Will definitely be flying Rex again . 10/10

ISA-CTL. Slightly late review of ZL5661 Milk run service in Febraury 2024. Boarding of the flight was on-time, although the service was running through to Brisbane we were disembarking at Charleville with a flight time booked at 6h20 with 5 stops.

Great welcome from the crew, incidently the same crew working the milk run from Brisbane the previous day. Everything went well up to Birdsville where all passengers disembarked, whilst in the waiting room a representative advised all passengers that there was a technical issue with the aircraft and it wouldn't be going any further.

It wasn't long before a decision had been made to send in a replacement plane and advised that there would be a delay of around 4 hours. Immediate thoughts were that we were going to be at Birdsville for quite a while and suspected it may be more than 4 hours.

Lunch was arranged for those who wanted it at Birdsville Hotel, which was delicious and much appreciated. When we got back to the airport there were several updates and plenty of snacks and drinks were offered.

It was slightly over 4 hours when the replacement plane arrived with a new crew and after all the paperwork and checks were completed the plane was on its way. The new crew were equally as attentive and offered all passengers free alcohol for one of the sectors which is normally chargeable.

Arrival into Charleville was 4.5 hours later than the scheduled arrival time which is wasn't too far out from the 4 hours anticipated delay. This was a perfect service recovery, again we found Rex Airlines to be great when services were running to plan and handled technical issues equally as well. It was definately a world apart from how technical issues and passengers are dealt with in Europe. Looking forward to using other Rex routes in future.
