one flight they lost my check in bag
one flight they didn't have enough meals for me in business class

rude staff in baggage.

Last flight of the day from Perth to Esperance at 6:30pm, boarding was delayed by 30mins which was to be followed by a cancellation of the flight. The Rex worker told us all that they had been contacted by Sydney saying the plane is not serviceable for use and we will receive a text message about details on getting another flight.

10am the next day and no text message, Rex were then contacted and said they have no idea why the flight was cancelled. Booked in for the same time flight at 6:30pm seeing as the only other two flights that run to esperance were full, it was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Rex should really consider putting in a bit more investment on the esperance route as this is one of countless complaints about this service

Have just returned from Brisbane. First time flyers with Rex. What a pleasant experience. From the online checkin, the checkin staff at the airport plus the flight staff. Being able to check your luggage in with more than two hours ‘til your flight is brilliant. Well done.

We have flown with REX a number of times and never disappointed! Check-in is easy and boarding smooth. The seats are of generous size.
The inflight coffee and snacks were good.
Will fly with them again.

On February 29th, I purchased a last-minute ticket for the 7:30 flight. However, I did not receive an email invoice for this transaction. To my dismay, upon checking my bank statement, I discovered that I have been charged three times for this booking. The tickets were quoted at $259 x 2, totaling $518. Yet, I have been charged two transactions of $262 and then one transaction of $518.

I had already contacted your customer service over the weekend and spoke with Mikey on Saturday regarding this matter. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Mikey did not display any sense of accountability or remorse for the situation. Additionally, when I requested an email correspondence summarizing our conversation, I was denied this simple request

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and has shattered my trust in this company. It is unacceptable to double charge customers, show no accountability for errors, and neglect to provide essential documentation
